“It’s Not You, It’s Your Hormones (and Life)”
I am the founder of Mid Point 4 Women. I have been studying and working in the fitness / wellness industry for over 25 years. Previously my focus was to develop people's fitness and recover from injuries to allow them to carry on their journey's. However now I have reached this mid point in my life I feel I want to take this support to other women of similar age and who are dealing with the menopause. It is a challenge that could face most of us but it's just the window to the next phase of life.
I am passionate about helping women to accept the changes and challenges that life brings at this point in their lives, but it doesn't have to define them.
I started having symptoms in June 2020 (age 46) put it down to Lockdown (and stuff) as was unaware of anything to do with the menopause. Then the penny dropped 'my heart sank' but it peri-menopause really doesn't have to be a negative it's about managing it!!
Hence I set up Mid Point 4 Women Ltd.

In the workplace raise awareness around the menopause and midlife which directly and indirectly affects every Man and every Woman at work and or at home, they are intrinsically linked.
